The Directory Add-on will also do something similar, if you want all of the entry (not just a couple fields): http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/

This is a 3rd party add-on and was not created by us. Maybe it's another option for you.

Take a look at this code I wrote for a shortcode a while back:
http://pastebin.com/kHpaHQvi

See if that helps you. It was designed to give a shortcode which could be inserted into a post. The shortcode accepts just the form ID, and the code determines the fields to pull from that form's entries and the format to display them in. Maybe you can extend this code for your application? If you have questions, let us know. Thanks.

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on how to populate a wordpress post with information gathered from one of my forms.

Situation:
I'm using gravity forms to register schools for a regional competition. The user picks what school they are registering from a drop down list. There are several districts and over 400 schools that can possibly register. I'd like a wordpress post titled "registered schools" to be automatically populated with the schools who have submitted registration forms.

Is this possible? Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

My thoughts are w/ your company braving the bad weather! Be safe!

Thanks,
Josh
