			<description>&#60;p&#62;There's currently no way to reposition the description in the admin, but you can tweak it with a little CSS. There was a similar request on in &#60;a href=&#34;http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/how-to-create-single-checkbox-that-is-required-for-confirming-tc-for-example#post-2207&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;this thread&#60;/a&#62; and there is a sample CSS snippet that will probably point you in the right direction.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Is it possible to move/display the &#34;field description field&#34; to the position directly below the field title?  If not I believe this would be an easy UI filter to add to the GF form wizard.&#60;/p&#62;
