You can't generate the XML file without being able to execute your WordPress site as that is generated via PHP code that is part of the plugin.

You would have to export and import the data in the Gravity Forms related tables.

Those tables would have a wp_rg_ table prefix, keeping in mind the wp_ portion of that prefix is whatever your WordPress site is configured to use for it's table prefixes and the rg_ portion is the Gravity Forms prefix (rg = rocketgenius our company name).

HI,

I had a very nice form built but had to move hosts suddenly and I don't have access to my wordpress installation anymore.

I do have access to ftp, MySQL, and even Shell access to the server. Where is the gravity form data stored, and can I somehow export the xml file without having to use the export option within wordpress?

Thanks.
