Is there anyway to get a refund for the single license purchase and then buy the developer edition?

I purchased the wrong version and used a promo code. I cannot find an email to use to find out how I can do this.

Regards

I am bumping this request as I did receive the upgrade code but due to circumstances I was unable to purchase immediately. After a couple of days the upgrade code had expired and I have sent a third request for assistance in upgrading through your upgrade request form - this latest one complete with license codes for verification on your end.

Let me know what options I have as I want to take advantage of having upgraded previously from the single site license to the multi, and now I would like to jump to the developers license today. My upgrade request was just submitted a few minutes ago ... thanks in advance for your assistance and for a great product.

Hi there,

A couple of months ago I purchased a single user / site license fro Gravity Forms as I only had a requirement for one site at the time, and considered the purchase a good chance to test the software.

Now I have a couple more sites in the pipeline and would like to upgrade to the dev license. Is this possible to do?

As I've already payed out $40 for a single license I was wondering if there an upgrade path or is the only way forward for me to purchase a dev license independently?

Thanks
