			<description>&#60;p&#62;You don't have to use the Post Category field unless you are letting the user select a category.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You can set a default Category.  this is available as an option on the Post Title and Post Body fields along with the default author and post status.

&#60;p&#62;Would like to know if it is possible to display the postfield: category as invisible within the front-end of the form so that the user doesn't have to select the custom category in a dropDown although they are posting to that particular category...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So we can setup the postfield: category in gravity forms, insert the category and just hide it from the front-end of the form...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In our case the user posts to a single category and it can look strange to them if they see a dropdown with the category although it is already selected.
