The publish date of that PAGE is 03. That's probably why it's putting it into the 03 folder. I just noticed that the new images were in the wrong monthly directory when inserting them into posts. </p> <p>This could, at the very least, be a nuisance. Having all the images in the same directory ruins the benefit of breaking it down by month. Or this could be an issue. The post images stored in your Media Library are processed and stored by WordPress, not Gravity Forms. So WordPress is placing them in the wrong location. Make sure you don't have a path populated in the "Store uploads in this folder" field and then Uncheck the option to store monthly and save the settings. Then check the option to store monthly and save the settings again. Then test the form that uploads images and see if they are stored correctly. </p>
