The final version is not out yet, but will be very soon. Other things you can do:</p> <ul> <li>Enable the anti-spam honeypot on the form settings (adds a hidden field that robots will sometimes pick up, and visitors will never see, so if a value is submitted, chances are it's a spammer)</li> <li>Use reCAPTCHA or Really Simple Captcha</li> </ul> <p>Thinking about the other question now. Are you using version 1.6? 1.6 has the option to require the user to be logged in, and if not, you can display an alternate form. To use that, you could split one form into two, and show the story submission form only if the visitor is logged in.
