You can set a default user and make it something like "User Submitted" or "Site Member". You can choose not to display this in the template, if you like.</p> <p>To email comments to the 'author' of the post, you will need to add some sort of WordPress plugin. You can store the submitted email address in a custom field, then notify that email address, rather than the email address associated with the user, when a new comment is posted.
