There are hooks available in Gravity Forms to allow pre-populating the form the way you want. If Google Docs has an API to allow you to read a spreadsheet, that can be done too. I have a spreadsheet with a list of materials, the category they fall into and their price. I want to have a form whereby someone can select a category and then the material within that category and have it display the price together with a quantity and for it to calculate the value when material and quantity are chosen... Seem simple to me but I'm no coder...! </p>
