I need to be able to export the form in two ways, one with just the image numbers as a csv file and another sorted by number and as a txt or excel file, oreferably a txt file. It needs to look like this:<br /> Image number B&amp;W Must Have Notes:</p> <p>The b&amp;w and must have fields can be check boxes. When sorted each row needs to stay together. So 4 columns and an unknown number of rows. Ideally a line number would appear on the left of each row.
