This looks like a great product - congrats.&#60;br /&#62;
I've found the link to the demo site. Am I correct in that the Build A Pizza form is an example of a survey? If not - is there an example please?&#60;br /&#62;
Also, are there any tools with the survey add-on so that the survey data can be exported?&#60;br /&#62;
Lastly, is there any membership functionality that can be used so that only certain member types can see the survey or, certain respondees can be 'ticked' and thereby added as a member of the site?&#60;br /&#62;
