My main form will be used to collect nominations for a prize together with the contact details of the user making the nomination. When the form is submitted I would like to be able to offer the user a chance to make another nomination. If the user does this I would want the form to be automatically populated with the contact details he has already submitted.<br /> Will this be possible? </p>
