Yes, this is possible with Gravity Forms. Data can be passed from form to form using the query string, and you can pre-populate form fields in form #2 using data from form #1.

After you purchase the plugin, you will be able to read the forum posts describing how to do it. Just search for "query string" or "pre-populate" or even just the "Similar Topics" sidebar for this topic. Two are linked right there.

http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/pre-sales-question-possible-to-submit-info-from-one-form-to-a-second-form

http://forum.gravityhelp.com/topic/passing-form-data-from-one-form-to-another

In short, YES, Gravity Forms can do it, easily.

I am interested in using Gravity Forms on a wordpress site I maintain but wanted to ask whether it will easily do one thing that is essential for me. My main form will be used to collect nominations for a prize together with the contact details of the user making the nomination. When the form is submitted I would like to be able to offer the user a chance to make another nomination. If the user does this I would want the form to be automatically populated with the contact details he has already submitted.
Will this be possible?
