			<description>&#60;p&#62;I've been following the excellent suggestions for adding a custom field button from &#60;a href=&#34;http://wpsmith.net/2011/plugins/how-to-create-a-custom-form-field-in-gravity-forms-with-a-terms-of-service-form-field-example/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;WPSmith&#60;/a&#62; and have managed to get as far as having my own custom button that is a replication of the &#34;Hidden&#34; custom field button and it works, etc.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I want to pass values to Advanced tab for the button where the &#34;Default Value&#34; has &#34;Insert variable&#34; selected and the value is set to &#34;{foo}&#34;.  I would like the &#34;Allow field to be populated dynamically&#34; to be ticked and the &#34;Parameter Name&#34; preset to &#34;bar&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;And finally I'm just curious if there's a way to make the whole field uneditable for the user?  So all the user does is click the button, it adds the above and then they don't muck with it any more?
