@AngelinaC Support is typically around 9-5 during the week days and then we also monitor the forums in the evenings and weekends when we are available to do so.

@Maurin25039 Gravity Forms can send data to another URL as part of the confirmation redirect using GET, not POST. If you need to POST data elsewhere, this is certainly possible but it requires using API hooks and some custom code to accomplish.

We don't do custom work ourselves, but if you need custom work done we would be happy to refer you to a WordPress consultant with Gravity Forms experience who could provide you with consulting services to do whatever you need done.

Thanks for being so prompt with your responses Carl.

Is the HTTP Post functionality not possible via Gravity Forms? If it is in deed possible, would Gravity Forms be able to provide me with assistance to get that implemented.

I'm neither WordPress or code savvy.

As I see it Gravity Forms has all the features I need and then some; I just need to know I can post data to my clients' system via HTTP Post. (Aside from using the Thank you Page Redirect with HTTP GET).

Hi Carl, thanks for getting back to me.

What hours is support available? This is a last minute thing, I may have some issues to address on forum. Some other products I use I cannot get help on weekends. Thank you!

@marun25039 All form entries get saved to your database and are viewable in your WordPress admin. Notifications are not conditional, they either get sent or they don't. You can have two email notifications per form: an admin notification that goes to you or someone in your company and a user notification that goes to the user who filled out the form. So it would do both automatically, or you can turn notifications off.

Either way the data gets saved in the database. So there is no conditionals on storing the data or sending emails. We do plan on adding conditional email notification capabilities in a future release.

@AngelinaC Gravity Forms can export to CSV. You can export all fields or just the form field data you need and set a date range for the export.

Hello,

Also looking for same requirements to capture user input that posts to database and that we can then download batch. - either csv or excel of group.

Will be following this post.

I JUST started working with wordpress, so all this is very new to me. As well, I just got to your site - but also need custom fields of data to capture - I think you have this - I'll read more, but if you care to comment....

Thank you!

Thanks Carl,

I wanted to check if your product has the capabilities listed below:

Multiple delivery methods for data collected on Forms; HTTP Post & Email (or Both). Additionally if this criteria can be controlled based on a response chosen by the user. Example: How soon will you be looking your decision?
Option 1: Immediately -> Gets Emailed to Call Center
Option 2. 1-2months -> Gets sent to Database via HTTP Post.

Filter Out (or Screen Out) data based on a choice selected by the user. Example: Are you 18 years of age?
Option 1: 'No' -> Their data will not be sent to the client.
Option 2: 'Yes' - Their data will be delivered.

Thanks, you assistance is appreciated.

Yes it is possible to purchase a Single Site License and then upgrade, the upgrade price will be prorated. Just contact us for an upgrade coupon code.

Pass data to the confirmation page allows you to redirect to another page or URL for the "Thank You" page and pass form field data to it via GET using the query string. It would replace the standard confirmation text action.

Thanks BAWTA; That feature is a useful feature as well. However HTTP post would be the ideal option.

I was also curious if it was possible to purchase a Single Site License then upgrade? Will the cost be prorated?

I noticed the one of the Features was 'Pass Data to Confirmation Page'. I wasn't sure if this could be used to HTTP? But then would I lose the ability to redirect to a confirmation page.

You can send to a different email address, depending on a selection made by a drop-down menu.

I'm sure the other option is easily done, but somebody else who knows more about it will need to tell you just how it is done.
