You would have to write custom PHP to query the data in your custom table. You would then have to write custom PHP using available Gravity Forms API hooks to dynamically populate each field that needs to be populated. </p> <p>All of the API Hooks are documented in the Developer Documentation area of the Documentation which you will have access to when you purchase. What i am trying to achieve is the following:</p> <p>1. Send email to our user base with a link suffixed with some unique ID &amp;ID=1blah2blah3blah<br /> 2. The form grabs the ID from the URL and uses the ID to grab the record information from a custom table in the WPDB<br /> 3.
