When several fields are added in <em>very</em> rapid succession, there can be glitches where they are not assigned unique field IDs.</p> <p>Also, if you add the form to a page does the issue persist? However, when I preview the form in the Gravity editor, only one pricing field appears? Why are the other saved fields in the editor not appearing in the preview? Thanks, Brian </p>
