I'm guessing you used conditional logic and the conditional logic Javascript isn't being loaded, most likely due to file permissions although it could be a theme or plugin conflict. Make sure to set CHMOD 755 on the gravityforms folder and ALL of it's files.</p> <p>If that doesn't correct the problem then send us a WordPress Admin login for this site via our Contact Us form so we can take a look.
