For example:&#60;br /&#62;
If the subtotal &#38;lt;= 100, the shipping price 100&#60;br /&#62;
if the subtotal between 100 and 200 the shipping price 200&#60;br /&#62;
it the subtotal &#38;lt;=200 the sipping price would be 300?&#60;br /&#62;
And subtotal + shipping price would be the order total.
