If it does not work in the form preview, it is likely misconfigured. If you would like me to look at it, please export the form as XML (Forms > Import/Export > then the top center menu item "Export Forms") and email that to me at chris@rocketgenius.com - I can install it and see if there is anything obvious misconfigured.

They don't show up in the preview either. I have the first field and the pricing field filled out (I originally had the Value field filled in too, but this didn't make a difference).

Will check out the testing link.
Thanks :)

Assuming you have configured the product correctly and these options are all attached to the product, I don't see why the prices would not be displayed in your option drop down. Do the option prices show up properly when you view the form in the form preview? If so, then please test for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Thank you

In my drop down (you can see here: http://lassodmoon.com/vintageweddinginvitationamore) for Paper Selection ("page two" of the form) it should be showing pricing for each paper option, but it doesn't. I can't seem to figure it out. If there's another way to do it, I can switch it, but it's an important item that potential customers need to see pricing on.

Thanks in advance!
