There is no option to handle the shipping like that in Gravity Forms. The pricing fields are not intended to be a replacement for a shopping cart or e-commerce solution.

Ok, for some reason it appears to be working now. I also decided to put it on a separate page to avoid confusion. Here's the link, http://carlasch.com/order-by-mail/
The only thing I can't get to work is for the shipping to adjust to the order. I'd like it to be $2.50 for one and $1 for each additional product.

I want to make a simple printable order form for people who want to pay by check. I'd also like it if the form could do the math and then either email them an invoice or enable them to print it already filled in, or both. I'm currently using cart66 and paypal standard for online credit card orders. Can anyone direct me on the best way to do this and/or to an online order form tutorial? I'd also like it if I can simply integrate this mail order option with the rest of the shopping process rather than on a separate page, but it's not critical to do so.
