Hi, Matt,

I can't actually see your form since it is password protected, but you can setup your notification email to have html tags/styling in it so you can format the content the way you want. Instead of using the default "{all_fields}" merge tag in the notification, you can use the individual form fields.

If you want to print the form, you could have the confirmation text display the data in the format you want, this also takes html and has merge tags. The user could then print it from within the browser.

I couldn't seem to find anything about this in the forums.

I would like to be able to print and/or email a completed form with the same layout and formatting as the actual form. Not just a list of field IDs and responses. Is this possible?

Also, I used field_columns to put 4 or 5 fields on a row (page 2 of my form). This looks fine on the form, but the data reports in order of columns. So if I have 3 entries, I get 3 entries from column 1, then 3 entries from column 2, etc. I'd rather the data be reported in rows. Is there a way to fix this?

Here is a link to my form:
http://www3.icsv.at/recruiting/staff-application/

I appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks,
Matt
