I would want this to be controlled by the user, not on the back end. Can some of the form data be auto-generated from a user login from wordpress? i.e. name, address, contact info, etc.</p> <p>I need to be able to create a whole bunch of different forms that range from simple to complex including conditional display of fields and many drop-down options. </p> <p>The blank forms should be printable. </p> <p>The completed forms should be printable and/or emailable and look professional.</p> <p>The completed form data should be able to export into csv.</p> <p>The completed forms/data need to be routed to user specified email addresses.</p> <p>The forms need to be password protected as they are used on a subscription basis.</p> <p>I prefer to use Wordpress but am not married to the idea.</p> <p>Is Gravity Forms the right solution for my requirement?</p> <p>Thanks. </p>
