You could always capture the information you need via the form, then format the notification email so they can print/sign it and return that via snail mail.

Gravity Forms does not do this. Printing the page isn't something Gravity Forms can control. It can't tell the printer to just print the form. You would have to create a media specific print stylesheet that is implemented that tells your printer to only print the content area of your site. So this is outside the scope of Gravity Forms itself.

Another solution is to look at a service like http://www.printfriendly.com/ which specializes in this type of functionality for printing page and ignoring design elements, etc. They have a WordPress plugin in the WordPress.org repository. It may be a solution that could be combined with Gravity Forms to handle the print part of things.

I saw the earlier post on printing forms. We actually have a need for parents/students to complete an online form, print it and then get signatures. Then they submit the paper form, with signatures, and other documentation as part of the entire application package. Does Gravity support this?
