			<description>&#60;p&#62;The date picker doesn't require embedding via a function call to work. You should be able to embed the form normally via a shortcode into the post body and everything should work fine.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;You would use a function call and manually enqueue the scripts/css if you're putting the form outside of the loop in the sidebar, in a widget, etc.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If you'd like to post a URL to your form, we can take a look at it. We may need a WP admin login to your site to be able to do anything. If you'd like, you can send that via our &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.gravityhelp.com/contact-us&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;contact form&#60;/a&#62; and we'll take a quick look.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Not sure what I'm missing here guys; I need the date/time picker so I guess my only route is to use a function call.  So I read this page ... &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/embedding-a-form/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/embedding-a-form/&#60;/a&#62; ... and added the code where asked &#38;amp; it outputs one black bullet onto the page.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;My theme is popblue3c if that matters...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Appreciate any help on this.
