For the administrator that's not a big issue. However, when the customer chooses to manage his/her subscription options, it's a big UX issue (not to mention confusing) to have them select from multiple form fields.</p> <p>Nearly all of my Campaign Monitor subscriber lists contain the ability for the customer to select which items/services they're most interested in. Checkbox fields aren't like drop downs and radio buttons. Checkboxes are actually individual form fields, even when displayed together. They aren't an array stored in a single field.
