The issue is something on your site prevented the necessary database tables for the PayPal Add-On from being created. So it couldn't save the feed. See this screenshot:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/185347/Slingshot/Pictures/Screen%20Shot%202011-12-29%20at%206.33.04%20PM.png

I uninstalled the PayPal Add-On and then re-installed and re-activated it and everything appears to be fine now. You should be able to create a PayPal Feed now. I created a test one and it worked fine. See this screenshot:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/185347/Slingshot/Pictures/Screen%20Shot%202011-12-29%20at%206.35.45%20PM.png

I have deleted my test and you should be able to now setup the feed for your form.

@nwtech So the PayPal Feeds are not saving? It sounds like there is probably an error and because WordPress debug mode is disabled, you don't see it.

I'd be happy to take a look at this for you but we'll need access to your site to do so. Send me the following information:

- URL of the site
- WordPress admin login for the site
- FTP login for the site

You can send this information to carl@rocketgenius.com and reference this forum post in the email so I know what it is in regards to.

I think I narrowed down my problem. When I first created the PayPal feed, it claimed to save correctly so i went from there directly to my form to make sure that was set properly. After reading your response, I went back to my PayPal feed to double check the settings and there was no feed. I tried creating a new one and it claimed to have saved it properly, yet no feeds show up.

Whenever a form is not sending the user to PayPal it is going to be due to one of two things...

1) The Pricing Fields were not setup properly and because of how they were setup this results in their being either no quantity, a $0 total or both when the form is submitted. If there is no quantity or a total of $0 then there is nothing to purchase using PayPal and therefore it does not redirect the user to PayPal.

2) The PayPal Feed settings were not setup properly. One issue I saw recently was due to how the user configured the PayPal Condition option on his PayPal Feed for that form. He didn't give a field a Field Label and when doing so he didn't give it an Admin Label and then he tried using this field in the PayPal Condition... without a field label or an admin label this wouldn't work. But the condition was enabled and because of this it was never met and the user wouldn't be redirected to PayPal.

It's impossible to tell you what the exact issue is without seeing how you have configured your form and how you have configured your PayPal feed.

Send us the URL of your site, a WordPress admin login and let us know which form and we can take a look. You can send this to us via either the Priority Support form if you have a Developer License or the Contact Us form if you do not.

When contacting us, be sure to include a link to this forum post so we know what it is in reference to.

I'm having an issue, similar to the one posted here:
http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/wont-go-to-pay

I tried solving the problem with the solution provided, but I'm still not able to get it to work and send the user to PayPal to process their payment.

TIA
