If there are 2 form entries then that means the user filled out the form twice. The times on the entries are different, which means they actually submitted the form multiple times... it isn't a double entry. If it was a duplicate entry the timestamps would be pretty much identical because it would happen quickly. These appear to be unique form submissions.

I exported the list and noticed that the double posts all had both processing and approved "Payment status".

This looks like a PayPal problem. The payment occurs on PayPal's web site itself, it's not handled by Gravity Forms.

The redirect to PayPal only occurs when a form is submitted. So if there is only one entry, then the user only filled out the form once and would have only been redirected to PayPal once.

So if there is 2 payments by Amalia Garcia but only 1 form entry that means that either PayPal screwed up, or the user made a payment directly to you without using the form for one of the payments.

Entries are created immediately when a form is submitted, not when payment is received, so if there is only 1 form entry for Amalia Garcia then she has only submitted the form once.

I have set up a form which sends user to paypal for payment. When I look at the form, it seems that users have tried purchasing several times - some with luck and other not so much.

That shouldn't be a big problem. I just figured it was something to do with response time and the like of the website.

I started comparing the form entries with payments in Paypal and things aren't looking good.
Entries - http://www.swingshoes.dk/filer/gravity-forms-001.jpg
PayPal - http://www.swingshoes.dk/filer/gravity-forms-002.jpg

Annette Hilbert only paid once according to the Entries but twice in PayPal. The same goes for Amalia Garcia.

Please advice.
