The times on the entries are different, which means they actually submitted the form multiple times... it isn't a double entry. If it was a duplicate entry the timestamps would be pretty much identical because it would happen quickly. The payment occurs on PayPal's web site itself, it's not handled by Gravity Forms. </p> <p>The redirect to PayPal only occurs when a form is submitted. When I look at the form, it seems that users have tried purchasing several times - some with luck and other not so much.</p> <p>That shouldn't be a big problem.
