We can help you out here and there, but we can't set it up for you. The learning curve exists, but it isn't that steep. If you have time, check out our demos at http://gravityforms.com/demo

All my best!

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you, been slammed. If I purchase the developer version of the plugin, would you guys be able to walk me through the steps of setting up the first customized form that you discuss above?

1) sure

2) sure, assuming they are typing in the homeowner's information. Do you mean that, or will that information come from some source and pre-populate the form?

3) sure

4) It sounds like you could create a notification template, and 'fill in the blanks' with the submitted information. There would need to be multiple notification templates, and you would have to choose the correct one, based on the answer to question 1 above. So, a form letter where you replace variables with the submitted information is possible. Only one notification message is available by default currently, but in version 1.7, which is currently in beta release, you can have unlimited notifications, and can make them conditional. You could create a different notification message for each choice from the drop down in 1). That would work fine in 1.7. It can be done in the current 1.6.12 version as well, but it would require some programming.

Regarding printing the notification, the manager submitting the form can be sent the same notification, and then they would need to print that from their email program.

I have looked through the forums and think Gravity Forms can handle this, but wanted to ask.

I design homeowner association websites and want to provide more managerial uses. The number one thing would be adding form letters. I would need the form to do the following.

1)Dropdown to select the letter being created (ie: violation letter, fine letter, collection letter, etc..)
2)Choose register user from dropdown and populate form with user name and address
3)Provide text input area for violation, fine amount, etc...
4)Generate completed form and email to homeowner. Also print out formatted letter.

Can this be done?
