You have to contact us via our Contact Us form and request that the license key be transfered to their email address. You will need to supply us with the license key of the license in question, the email address used on PayPal to purchase the plugin and the email address you want the license transfered to.

License keys are tied to the email address that purchased them. So because you purchased it with your PayPal account, it's tied to your email address.

Now I have a problem - I just purchased a single license on behalf of my client, but it won't let me register him for the forum because my email address is already in the system. Now what?

Yes, that's correct. You can just replace your license key on the client site with the new one, and re-use yours on another site.

I understand that with the Multi Site License, the expectation is that I will handle any support issues on behalf of my client, and that if they want to access the documentation directly, they need to purchase their own license.

If they do that, will I be able to re-use the license key that I used on his site on another site, since I did pay for 5?
