			<description>&#60;p&#62;There is no plugin to create a QR code that I know of.  You would likely have to code something in your theme's functions.php to take the submitted information and create a QR code, then store that image somewhere.

I looked up on a barcode plugin topic and it didn't really help me to understand it.
