This isn't functionality the Gravity Forms plugin provides. However, the data is stored in your WordPress database so it would be possible to do if you wrote custom code to do so.

Is it possible to perhaps use the gravity forms plugin to query from the Frontend existing entries from the frontend, pull them up in the form and do live edits?

i.e. Go to the form on the frontend, using a search button, query existing entries, pick from a list and do a live edit?

Appreciate any direction or guidance you can give on this.
