It's certainly possible, but would be a complex customization. It's not hard work but it would be a lot of work. It's achievable with Gravity Forms. You might consider asking for help on our job board. http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/forum/job-board

Hi there,

I'm not sure I've been asking the right question when searching the forums for an answer. I think the answer I'm looking for is similar to this topic: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/mathematics-to-gravity-forms but obviously I'm not sure, as I'm now asking for help.

I have a client who wants a questionnaire based on personality types. The personality types are made up of different combinations (think Myers-Briggs). E, I, S, N, T, F, J and P.

To find out which combination you are, you answer a series of 20 questions, with each question having two options, either (a) or (b).

Questions 1a, 5a, 9a, 13a and 17a = E
Questions 1b, 5b, 9b, 13b and 17b = I

Questions 2a, 6a, 10a, 14a and 18a = S
Questions 2b, 6b, 10b, 14b and 18b = N

Questions 3a, 7a, 11a, 15a and 19a = T
Questions 3b, 7b, 11b, 15b and 19b = F

Questions 4a, 8a, 12a, 16a and 20a = J
Questions 4b, 8b, 12b, 16b and 20b = P

The results when they click the submit button at the end should reveal one of the four personality types (listed below), dependent on whether (a) or (b) was selected in each of the 20 questions. They are only looking for the following groupings:

Personality type a = N & T
Personality type b = N & F
Personality type c = S & J
Personality type d = S & P

My question: how do I set up the questionnaire to reveal one of the four personality types based on the responses when the user hits the submit button?

Thanks
Michele
