Yes you can see quickly on the form list page how many times a form was filled out. You can also set a form so that it only allows a certain number of submissions.</p> <p>2. Yes you can have multiple forms on one site.</p> <p>3. The form backend is translateable just like any other WordPress plugin via po translation files. The form frontend is displayed in whatever language you build the form in. </p> <p>4. Currently a form has one recipient but it can be conditional. The number of times the form is shown and filled out is available in the dashboard widget. I wouldn't call it a report; it's just visible there.
