I have one form that needs to prepopulate current user info. This was working at one point late 2011. The project got sidelined for a month. When I come back, it is not working anymore. The functions PHP file has the right code in it (i believe) and the form is still the same. I have disabled the theme (gone back to 2010) and have disabled plugins. No Dice.
