			<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, that is possible with Gravity Forms.  That can be created with conditional logic (to show/hide selections based on a previous selection, like condition).  And multi-page forms are built in.  So, this second example is possible with Gravity Forms.  You would need to do some styling work to get it to look the same, but the functionality is possible with Gravity Forms.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;With conditional drop downs you mean?  Gravity Forms does not have that, but anything is possible with the hooks that are built in, and some jQuery.  I have not seen it yet though.
