Adding a Terms of Use is so common. If there was a read only option I could put my terms into a paragraph text box with a scrolling css and make it read only.</p> <p>2) It would be so helpful to have a "pre-form" where I can enter the information I want and then have it email a client the post-form link with the fields I entered pre-populated (like name, price, etc).</p> <p>I don't want my clients getting full access to every aspect of the form. If I build a package from my pre-form's selects, I want those items to be read-only. </p>
