You'd like to put it in a midget?? ;)

Anyways - it looks like the page isn't outputting the Gravity Forms CSS file. Do you have that set to output in the Settings page of Gravity Forms?

If you are placing this via a function call, you will need to enqueue the scripts and styles, see the bottom of this page:

Hey guys trying to make a 3 column in line for a website and there seems to be some sort of conflict because the cods aren't working i am using as followed
Name Field: gf_left_third
Email Field: gf_middle_third
Phone Field: gf_right_third

Any idea of where to start looking or how to make this work properly? This is what its looking like now. I would like to put it in a midget in my home page eventually!
