Most likely a plugin that changes how WordPress processes. You need to check for plugin conflicts.</p> <p>- Deactivate ALL plugins<br /> - Activate ONLY Gravity Forms<br /> - Test to see if the issue occurs<br /> - Activate each plugin one by one<br /> - Test after each one to see if the issue occurs</p> <p>When you activate a plugin that causes the issue to occur, that plugin is doing something that has changed how WordPress processes.</p> <p>Also try installing Gravity Forms v1.5 which is currently a development release available on the Downloads page.
