You can edit the form export XML in a text editor but you need to be extremely careful because if you mess something up it can cause problems with the resulting form. </p> <p>There is no export to Excel/etc. for editing your form because Gravity Forms features and settings are far too complex to handle editing in spreadsheet form. They can't be imported into Excel. We use XML for the form configuration data, not CSV or table based. So you can't edit the XML in Excel because the XML is too complex for Excel to handle. However, I have run into major compatability issues and it only looks like you can export and import these files rather than edit them with Excel. Is there any software that will view/edit my xml as a table so that I can re-import? </p>
