Hello,
I'm redoing a website for a client who already has Gravity Forms on their current WP installation. Of course, I can't see the key and have no idea if their previous developers purchased a license specifically for the site using my client's e-mail address, or if the design firm did it with their own developer account. My client doesn't really understand much about these things and hasn't been able to give me any info about their GF installation. Is there a way I can find out if there is a GF account linked to my client's e-mail address so that I can get support?
Thank you for your time and assistance.
- Ziv
