Since you're using the third party form widget, it doesn't automatically load the default Gravity Forms styles. </p> <p>You might want to add the style sheet reference to your page template manually as this will take care of most of the spacing, bullets and other minor style issues I saw on your form.</p> <p>Here's a <a href="http://grab.by/1M6n" rel="nofollow">screenshot</a> of the widget with the default Gravity Forms styles enabled.. no additional CSS.
