Yes, Gravity Forms collects the data once the user clicks submit on the form. You can have a box for terms and conditions. My Client wants to know if I create a Registration Form at Developer level will it process contact information if the Registration Payment is NOT made thru Pay Pal? AND - VERY IMPORTANT Is there a box to accept terms that if it is NOT checked will it stop the form info and pay pal payment from going thru?
