If you want to delete any data associated with that Add-On (not your form data however) you can go to the Settings page under the Forms navigation, then choose the Settings page for that Add-On. Underneath any settings for that Add-On will be an uninstall option. </p> <p>You can then go to your Plugins page and view Installed Plugins and delete the Add-On from there. That will uninstall and deactivate it at the same time.
