It's similar to how WordPress themes sometimes display an [edit] link on a page or post when you are logged in. Non-logged in visitors and those without permission to edit (nearly everyone but you) won't see that [edit] link either.</p> <p>Or, create the form, insert it into a page, publish the page, then log out of the WordPress admin, then visit the page.
