The error isn't related to your license key, it's related to a bad install. I would suggest completely removing Gravity Forms from the new site and then re-installing it from scratch.

As for the license on the first site, just remove the license key from the Settings page and save settings and that should do the trick.

I have tried to delete Gravity forms from my original site. I've tried to remove the key (leaving it blank or putting in "123") and re-saving it, but I can't seem to shake loose the license for that domain.

I tried to install Gravity Forms on another site, but when I try to activate it, I get this:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gravity_form() (previously declared in /home/localsal/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms/gravityforms.php:922) in /home/localsal/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/gravityforms.php on line 1185

Not sure what's going on... but as with everything: it's urgent! :)
