			<description>&#60;p&#62;Another way to do it is to use the User Notification to go to the client.  The person filling in the report would need to know the clients email address and enter it in an email field on the form.  Then send the User Notification to that email field.

&#60;p&#62;Choose the person they provided the service for on the first form and then pass that name (tied to an email address) to a second form that would auto fill the email address of the person to receive the notification email.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I had this idea for a friend. She has a  pet sitting service, and might hire others to do the critter caring in the future. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The thought is have a form, where the pet sitter can report what was done.&#60;br /&#62;
- walked dog&#60;br /&#62;
- brought in mail&#60;br /&#62;
- etc&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;have that as check boxes.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then the tricky part (I think).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The additional thing I would want is to:&#60;br /&#62;
1. track who did the care (I think this is easy)&#60;br /&#62;
2. send a report to the client (the pet owner)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Not sure how to do that second part without having to maintain the client list or have the person enter the email address. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Your thoughts, suggestions?
