A blank price won't validate as a selection and is not the same thing as a price of $0.00. See this screenshot: <a href="http://i.imgur.com/8lC4r.png" rel="nofollow">http://i.imgur.com/8lC4r.png</a></p> <p>When you enter a blank price this won't pass validation. A blank price is for creating a placeholder option in things like a Drop Down field that say "Select a Product" for instance, because the price is blank it makes it so the user can't leave "Select a ..." as the selected value and forces them to make a selection.</p> <p>If a field is required the price can't be blank/empty. It has to have a value, even if that value is $0.00.</p> <p>I went ahead and made the price $0.00 for each of these options. I have a Multiple Choice Field that is Required. There are conditional fields that show up when each one is selected.
