This was working. Value and Price for Other Amount are blank. The problem is that now I need to make the select required, so the way to do that is to leave the value and price blank on a "Please Select an Amount" option. Well once I added that my conditional display of the "Other Amount" field is showing/hiding depending on both options. If "Please Select an Amount" is selected then my field shows when it shouldn't.<br /> Thanks,<br /> Dave </p>
