How was the database moved? A SQL export and then import?

Do you see the Gravity Forms related tables in your new database? They will have _rg_ in the name of the tables.

Our database was moved to a new server yesterday and today our forms are gone. The only way to retrieve the form if possible is to get the back up of the database?

Another possible issue, I recently updating to the most recent version and I wonder if that had anything to do with it. When I update I have to upload the folder by FTP which overwrites the files.
