A SQL export and then import? </p> <p>Do you see the Gravity Forms related tables in your new database? The only way to retrieve the form if possible is to get the back up of the database?</p> <p>Another possible issue, I recently updating to the most recent version and I wonder if that had anything to do with it. When I update I have to upload the folder by FTP which overwrites the files. </p>
