I think it took me about 30 minutes to create, and a lot of that was forcing it to look like the original form. It can take less if you are open to going with the default styling in Gravity Forms, or may take more because you're just starting out. I can export this form for you and you can use it as a starting point for your own form.</p> <p>As I mentioned previously, the new "list field" would be ideal for handling multiple returns on one form. That is coming in 1.6 which is currently available as a release candidate. I would recommend starting with that release candidate as you are just starting out and this functionality will really improve the user experience for your form.</p> <p>One website, personal license is fine. I tried to replicate what fields you marked as required. What you want to accomplish is certainly possible.</p> <p>If you wanted to do things a little differently, I would recommend using the new list type field so you can allow more than one product return.
